My daughter’s 11th birthday
Lots of extended family came to celebrate. Because strawberries are very much in season, her cake is always with strawberries.
I also baked these little pastries my daughter loves. She has egg allergy but this pastry is versatile. The dough is easy to bake and you can fill the cups with whatever. This time we had red and white currants plus strawberries with a bit of glaze.
